Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop business plans for various markets, including EU, LATAM, and Phillipines, for our casino and betting products.
  • Team Building: Build and manage high-performing digital teams from the ground up.
  • Marketing Plans: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the department, overseeing its day-to-day execution.
  • Budgeting and ROI: Set budgets and continuously track and measure ROI, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • User Acquisition and Retention: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct audience analysis and optimize advertising campaign metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU, and RPI.
  • Reporting: Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to meet KPIs and targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement Real-Time Customer Engagement software and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Retention Management: Manage the retention team and oversee strategies like newsletters, SMS, and push services.
  • Affiliate Programs: Develop and manage affiliate programs, ensuring the achievement of set targets in all markets.
  • Payment Systems: Oversee the integration of new providers and payment systems.
  • Promotions and PR: Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels.
  • Technical Specifications: Write and implement gamification mechanisms into projects, including achievement maps and personalized quotes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in the iGaming industry (gambling/betting), preferably 3-5 years.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving high retention rates.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
  • Exceptional analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
