Core Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Duties: Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, setting up meetings, managing calendars, and processing paperwork.
  2. Resource Management: Responsible for office supplies, inventory management, and procurement.
  3. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation and contribute to the onboarding process.
  4. Internal Communications: Act as the main point of contact for internal queries, disseminate internal communications, and manage internal databases.
  5. Facilities Management: Ensure that office facilities are maintained, which may include tasks such as scheduling regular cleanings and managing repairs.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills:

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets and perform basic accounting tasks.
  • Record-Keeping: Excellent organizational skills in file and records management.
